As a designated Direct Install contractor for utility providers in South Jersey and Central Jersey, Hutchinson conducts a complimentary, no-obligation energy assessment to identify cost-justified measures eligible for incentives.

Direct Install is a turnkey program created for small to mid-sized commercial and industrial facilities with a monthly peak demand of less than 200 kW. Buildings must be located in New Jersey and be served by one of the state’s publicly regulated electric or natural gas utility companies. Businesses not only save upfront but will cut costs for years to come through lower utility bills.

Eligible energy-efficient measure upgrades may include:

Boilers and hot water heaters
Lighting retrofits such as sensors and automated controls
Automated climate controls
Refrigeration
